Description

Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” (Luke 2:13-14)

What would a Christmas celebration be without wonderful holiday music? The very first Christmas included angelic harmonies and merry tunes. It is with the same pure joy and enthusiasm that The Kramers offer their very first Christmas album simply titled Christmas. Producer and arranger Wayne Haun excels at capturing the excitement and wonder of Christmas, and this project is no exception.

Since everyone loves to sing along, several songs included on this album are nostalgic standards and include traditional Christmas carols (“Carol Celebration,” “O Holy Night”) as well as more recent Christmas classics (“Mary, Did You Know?,” “In The First Light”). Balancing this are several brand new songs, including one written by group member and founder D. Scott Kramer. “These Are The Gifts I Bring” helps us to focus on the true meaning of the season. We don’t have to fret when material offerings are few; God doesn’t even demand that of us! We can give the Lord our lives, our hearts, our hopes and our dreams. That sincere relationship is all that is needed.

With soaring, worshipful vocals, matched with stellar instrumentation, Christmas is a reverent celebration of Christ’s birth sure to embellish the holiday spirit of the listener.
