Where You Lead Me marks the fourth release on the New Haven label for the 3-time Academy of Country Music Keyboard/Piano Player of the Year. It serves as a testimony of God’s faithfulness. “I am a living testimony of God’s faithfulness and goodness,” Mote shares. “I am truly blessed beyond measure. He continues to lead, and I continue to follow.” This philosophy has worked quite well for Mote over the past three decades, and the songs he shares throughout Where You Lead Me, reflect this. Co-produced by Mote and multi-award winning producer, Wayne Haun, the recording features 12 songs, including the title cut, penned by Mote and fellow songwriter, Lyn Rowell. The recording also features guest appearances by noted artist/songwriter/worship pastor Travis Cottrell, as well as Randy Owen and Jeff Gentry, long-time members of legendary country group, Alabama.
