Biography

Her unmistakable voice has brought inspiration and happiness to friends and families for decades. She has a heart and relentless passion for ministry. The stellar gift Tiffany Coburn brings to the world through her music is remarkable. Whether you hear her singing with Disney’’s “Voices of Liberty”, “Voctave” or performing at churches and concert halls across the country, your heart will be moved by her sweet spirit and powerful voice. While Tiffany enjoys every opportunity to perform as a featured soloist at Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln Center, for the Boston Pops, and for orchestras across the country; it is the opportunities to share her heart through music with the church that are the most special. Now she’’s excited to share with the world her latest project, “Near to the Heart: Cherished Hymns & Songs of Inspiration,” featuring two newly discovered hymns from America’’s Hymn Queen, Fanny Crosby. Tiffany said, “Fanny Crosby has written some of the most recognized hymns and after more than a century, they are still being sung in churches worldwide. And when I heard there were new, unpublished, hymns written by her, I could hardly wait to bring them to life. I hope you enjoy listening to “Jesus” and “Not In My Strength” as much as I do singing them.” Those two jewels, with many others can be found on this latest project. When asked about why it was important to Tiffany, she said, “Hymns have always been a part of my life. I have always included them in my concerts. They bring back memories of growing up in church and singing in the choir. I can still hear my mother and grandmother singing them with me. Hymns have powerful words that, when I sing them, they minister to me as I hope they do for others. It is my hope that this music brings back memories and maybe even introduce new memories as you listen.”
